58g Potential Stock List

Yes, that's way more fish than I have in my 60 gallon tank. Add them VERY slowly and stop at four or five fish, depending on size.

I have 5 fish in my 25 gallon, basing stock list off of gallons is really not accurate. There are a lot of other things to consider, like your husbandry, filtration, feeding habits, etc.

ok I'll skip the tang. I think I'll just add a cardinal and two wrasses and be done with fish for a few months until my tank is more mature and I have a better idea of where I want to go with it. I'll switch my focus to corals for a while. So how does this sound:

Royal Gramma
Snowflake Pair
Cardinal
McCosker's Wrasse
Lineatus/Orange-back Wrasse (depending on price/availability)

I have a few true percula clowns and two black and white clowns, they all do very well together! very friendly fish!!!

if the royal gramma gets too terratorial. put him in your quarantine tank for a few days and rearrange the rock work. then add him back in.

thats a good idea, I already moved my rock work around one while he was in there and it was like a totally new tank to him when I was done.

If you get a male and female bangaii they may pair up and have babies. Mine in my 180 have had several batches. One of which I captured the male and raised the babies just when he was relapsing the live babies.
