I have a bubble anemone & 2 ocellaris clowns, but my 6 line wrasse likes to swim under the tentacles of the anemone, not touching them, but very close. Is he just a dare-devil or what? Is he in danger?
hell be fine. wrasses, gobies and hawkfish will do this very frequently. my orange lined cardinals used to cheat death swimming just a hair off the tops of my anemones.
My 6-line loves to do that with my RBTA. Sometimes when the RBTA moves up off the rock to shift itself... he sneaks in for a peek underneath looking for hiding pods to munch on. Also when the Midas decides to go for a chase, he'll close in on the anemone, knowing the Midas won't get quite as close.
