6-lined wrasse with white stuff :(

My wrasse is less than a week into a newly established tank, and I'm pretty sure it has some kind of parasite on it's side. It's hard to explain other than a white funk on it's side, not small dots like ich, more of a small smattering like bumping into paint. Generally speaking, will buying a cleaner wrasse help this problem? Any other suggestions?

if you cancatch him try dipping him in formulin 1 mm per gal with airstone for 12 mins

i have a new 6-line also that i just picked up(well my gf did and didnt notice the white on it)

it too has a few white smudges, if you can call it that, definnatly not spots...
