The label that's inside the glass says it is. Lol. Maybe it's older one, I did buy it used.

Its not that important to me to be honest. I would much rather either leave it as is or buy a new tank. The back and both sides are labeled as tempered.

Thanks for the source. I sent them an email. If I could get a 57 rimless deep blue with slim overflow, that would be perfect!

I also sent the people on ebay an email on their overflows - they say they make custom overflows - so maybe they can help with my big tank.

Being that they make custom ones - you shouldn't even need to plug the existing holes and drill new holes - just send them what you got and they can probably make something for you.
