6 socket Digital Power Bar problem

i am having a problem with my 6 socket Digital Power Bar, s1 on the power bar is constantly getting power, dose not mater what i do, have even tried reset please help

Stuck relay, you can free it simply by jolting the power bar.

I am guessing you had a high in rush devise on this socket such as MH lighting or similar?

s1, s2,s5 are high load , are they?

only the high amp powerbar is, nothing else can support MH without arm!

High load to 15amps yes, but ballasts can strike as high as 40amps without blowing a fuse as it is flash strike, thats what welds the relays shut over time

220V should hold up firmer than our 110V against high rush, but depends on the age of the power bar.

new relays with striking rates have 200 amps have just been updated.

Best ask your dealer to contact Matthias.
