What you see is what you get.. I don't know what is wrong with it but one roll of lights are fine and a 2nd roll are dim.. I don't know anything about the unit except I bought it and was running it just fine for about 6 months.. You get everything in the picture for 75.00

Yes only the two rolls are coming on and just the one row is bright.. That is why the price is only 75.00.. So if your good with LED and drivers this could be the steal of the century..
