Thanks Paul, and Tim for the explaination on the doors, skinning the tank etc. I think I need to hollar at my uncle he builds cabinets and has all the equipment etc. to do it.

Again Thanks, and Paul the tank is looking great!

its getting there,

Ill get some pictures of one of the door components so you can better see how the pieces come together.

Here ya go Kyle:

the bottom piece is the center panel. The top left is the top cross piece. The top right is the side piece.

here you can see the side and the top slid together and the center panel fitted to the side.

And here is the panel slid home into the top and the side.

and this is a view from the top edge. Notice I need to rerun through a router to get the outside edge groove consistent all the way around.

hopefully that shows why you need the three piece matched router set.

Paul.

Well....heres where I am at.

The doors are done, the sides of the stand are done and most of the canopy is done. Imay have it all put together by the meeting but I am certain it will not be finished. Still lots of sanding, cleaning, varnishing to be done.....thats the long slow part.

Lynn has finished the wall and it looks fabulous.

The tank looks so much different when all clad in wood. Much like a living picture.

I look forward to being able to show it off to you all on saturday.

Paul.

Hey Paul I may have missed it, but have you put your trigger in the system? Got any pics? I was joking about the doors, btw!

Thats 40.

Travis,

I was.....but not anymore.

Clekchau, no, the only aggression was directed toward the clown by the other tangs. She is the smallest tang in there.

What about adding a school of neon gobies or sharknose gobies? I don't know what you have that may eat them since they stay very small, but they look so cool in a group and it's awesome when they start cleaning your arms and hands when reaching in the tank. Just a thought....

i was thinking 10 or so Rainford gobies

I also want several yellow watchman gobies.

I have the chromis doing the top of the tank patrol.
Maybe some Anthias for mid tank ?

The rainfords will do bottom tank.

P.

Ever consider a jawfish? I think the YWG would look great though, I'm lovin' those fish the more I see em. Come on travis, get em breeding already, lol.

I'm unfamiliar with rainford gobies, do they stay smallish?

The Rainfords are quickly becoming my favorite fish. I currently have 3 of them. I'll probably get more too....
