Hi everybody, i have been thinking about the possibility to show my 600 gallons tank, It is working since January 2013, so this tank is not new but also not old at all.
First, I'm gonna tell everybody about the system.
Main tank, 330cm X 80cm X 85cm Its is build in 19mm glass
Sump, 250cm X 70cm X 60cm Its is build in 10mm glass
Biological Filtration:
500Kg of live rock
15 Bags of Caribsea Aragonita
Chaetomorpha refugium
Chemical filtration:
Skimmer Super reef octopus XP 8000 (Out sump skimmer feed with a lifeguard pump)
Phosban reactor with rowaphost (Phosban reactor feed with a lifeguard pump)
Calcium reactor Super reef octopus SRO- 5000 Dual.
Flow:
3 MP 40 by Ecotech marine.
1 MP 60 by Echotech marine.
Return pump, Reeflow hammerhead barracuda hybrid pump
Lightning:
4 Radion XR-30W with TIR lens
3 Radion PRO
Controller:
Neptune System Apex
Second I'm gonna show the first pics of the aquarium construction, the tank is in a second floor, so we fixed the floor just to have more security it was not necessary at all, but been more secure is not bad.
I use all the sand and the livestock of my old aquarium.
