6000 Broke

I came home today with the alarm going off and my top 6000 stopped. It has the older prop so I figured it might just be build-up, but after totally cleaning it (just like your sticky thread) everything spins fine, but when inserted in the body the alarm just constantly sounds and there is no spinning, or even partial force if I hand spun the prop...

I tried switching drivers and control cables with the other 6000 but no go, no movement whatsoever.

Is there anything I haven't tried or is it a kaput?
