6000 in a 50g

I have a 50 gallon that is cluttered with MJ's. I tried SEIO but think it is crap. Could a 6000 on a 7091 work, please say yes. I would love the wavemaking ability on it also. The tank is 95% SPS and has a 2-3 inch sandbed. With the 6000 being controllable can it be adjusted to a lower output.

I have a 6000 in my 90 that I cannot turn up past half. You might want to wait for the nanos that are coming out

As collins said, even though I run a 6000 full throttle in my 120 and ran it the same in my 75 before I upgraded. On a tank much smaller it is too much unless the tank is barebottom high flow SPS.
