6000 in a 55gal

Hi i have a 55gal im looking to keep a little bit of everything?
would a 6000 stream with a controller 7095 be too much?
or can i adjust the flow down, whats the lowest flow you can get the 6000 adjusted to?

If not what would you suggest.

I have seen it done in a 58, it is best if SPS is the majority of you inhabitants and might not be a good choice with Frogspawn, Torch and Hammer corals unless you rearrange the rock to shelter them from direct flow. I would suggest a 7300/2 unless you will do primarily SPS.
