6000 stream and 7095 question

Just got my 6000 stream and multicontroller (no waiting times here in merry ole England ) its in a 5x2 aquarium and an aquamedic 3000 lph powerhead, the stream is in the corner pointing at the middle of the front of the tank, the aquamedic is on a wavemaker on the back wall in the middle pointing at the front of the tank.

What would be the best setting for the 7095 controller with just one stream for an SPS tank in your opinion.

The only option with only one Stream is pulse mode. I would pulse from 100% to 30% at 3 second intervals.
