I am in need of some assistance. One of my tunze driver's seems to be dead. I've tried it on another pump that is working and all it does is give me the alarm sound. I know it is not under any warranty. Do I just need to buy a new driver or for you to fix the one I have? Also, does having it on a controller set to a pulse have anything to do with it dying?

There are very few things I can fix on the driver, basically if there isn't an obvious loose component or broken connection. I can't fix it. Pulse wouldn't have anything to do with it, it actually would be one of the safest modes as the pumps are most vulnerable when off, if they stop and are jammed by a snail or crab this could burn out the driver. The best fix would be a new driver, we do also have some used drivers.
