6000 to 6101 upgrade?

I have read that it is possible to upgrade the tunze 6000 pump to the 6100. Is it possible to upgrade the 6000 to the 6101?

No it is not. The 01 series is quite a bit different other than looks. If you bought the transformer for the 6100 and had the one from your 6000 you would basically have all the same options as buying a 6101.

I don't know what you mean by having all the same options. Ok, so upgrading the 6000 to 6100 is possible, but not 6000 to 6101?

Correct.... As for the meaning of options I ment the minimum to maximum flow capabilities as the 6101 with it's switchable power supply at low voltage creates approx the same flow as a 6000 and at high voltage creates approx that of a 6100
