6000 transformers

Are the transformers for 6000 streams valuable in the sense that they can upgrade a non controllable stream? I am upgrading from 6000 to 6100, and was curious if there is an interest or market for these transformers, or if they should just be kept as spare emergency parts.

Some people want to downgrade a 6100 but they cannot be used on any other pump.
