I have purchased 2 Ea: of the TS07 kits, they have sent the pumps but the controllers are on backorder. Will I be able to control the speed of flow with just the pumps, or do I need to wait till the timers arrive?

You can set the flow on the side of the driver to one constant speed. I will get some controllers next week.
