6025 Broken

I have had a 6025 since January. It started making loud noises about 3 months later, and completely quit in July. I ordered a new prop assembly (which did not come with the metal shaft, might I add!), and just got around to putting it in today. The pump still won't work under water, and will start up if I pull it out of the water, but makes quite a bit of noise.

What to do?

The metal shaft is part of the motor and should never come out, it is not replaceable. That is why it doesn't come with the impeller. Send me the pump and we will replace all the parts that are defective.
