6025 clips fell off

went to put my bracket on the magnet and two of thoes week clips fell off and then the third clip went
guess i can just glue it on

I am very happy with tunze products
just hate thoes clips

hehe, ditto. Glue worked well for me. Roger, maybe a sticky warning people when opening the containers? Just a thought.

WARNING clips may fall off when removed from cardboard

Just be careful removing the piece, this can only happen if you pull it out roughly. It is made of very strong plastic, I will ask in the future that they loosen the grip of the cardboard.

i dont want to break mine what do i do to remove it properly and will you replace them if they are broken

They can only be broken by rough handling, the way I see it is if I go to the store and buy something in a blister pack and tear it or cut it opening the blister pack, it isn't the manufacturers fault, I was overzealous in opening the package, so, we would not cover it. If you just are careful removing it and don't pull when you meet some resistance it is not an issue. It is packed in a piece of cardbooard that is cut to fit the piece. I have had one since Macna and I have connected it and disconnected it from the magnet a few times without issue, I think the piece is structurally sound.

In the instructions it states the pump comes with a guard to stop little critters from getting in. Does that guard only come with the controllable models as mine didn't come with the guard.

The guard was not ready, if you feel you need one send me a PM and I will get one out to you when they arrive. I asked them to send them anyway, I didn't see any point holding up the shipment for a part that is probably not necessary for most people.

Yeah, I could see the ones used with a controller that does on and off but for a pump thats on 24-7 no. I can't see anything getting that close to even think about getting in there.

just in case anyone wanted to know I glued my bracket with loctite super glue plastic to plastic

as to how well the 6025 workes
It workes very well, for 60 + dollars you can't get a better pump
and it's quiet to

got mine on friday works great just becarful opening the package and nothing will brake.
