6025 impeller issue...

I've had this pump for about a year or so and it has been rattling and acting erratic. I took apart the pump last night and this is what I found:

I figured the pictures would help diagnose the issue... Is this fixable? I've heard that the shafts are not replaceable, is this true?

Yes, the shaft is not replaceable, send it in and we will replace the pump. We changed from stainless steel to a titanium alloy to solve this problem.
