6025 mounting clip

I have two nanostream 6025's purchased from Premium Aquatics about 6 months ago. One of them has a clip that has broken. I believe the part number is 6025.51. How do I get this replaced?

PM me your address and name and that you need 2, we changed the plastic recently to solve this problem and since then I have not had a report of a new version clamp breaking.
