6025 need clips

I was one of the people who first bought the 6025 right when it came out 11/06, during the first 6 months they both broke the tabs to the magnets, so I got 2 "updated" ones from Roger which had the same problem after a while.. so I just zip tied it to the magnet.. after a while the whole C Clip splited in 2 now on both of them. I think there is some virbation from the pump and the clips can't handle it.

Also 1 of them the 2 halfs will not click together even if I checked all the tabs where aligned, cleaned, again, I have to zip tie the 2 halfs together by the grills (this worked really well) And, after a power outage one of my pumps didn't turn on. The propeller had alot of play..

Well how to fix all these? Could you send me a couple of C clips?

Funny you are posting this because I also have the 6025 and noticed that both of the clips are broken and they are being held together with coraline algae. Thats all well and good until I have to clean them.
I hope that Tunze comes up with better clips.

2 months ago we changed the plastic from Lexan to Luran and thickened the tabs. If you PM me your name and address and how many nano streams you own, I will send a new clamp for each pump.
