6025 new titanium shafts

Just bought a new 6025 but the box doesnt say anything about the new shafts....Im wondering if there is a way to tell if this piece has the new or old shaft by looking at the unit.

If it is the old shaft how do I get a new one???

We changed to the titanium shaft last July, we added the label this July, to differentiate these second generation pumps. The last change was the clamp and fit of the front housing and that was changed last November. It would be very unusual to get a pump that is that old. The stainless steel shaft had a blunt tip just like a straight sawed off metal rod, the titanium shaft has a bullet nose. The pumps that have all the new features have a white propeller on a black shaft, older ones had a white shaft and white base at the bottom of the prop magnet.
