6025 on a timer?

I just put my nano stream 6025 in my aquapod 24 will it hurt the 6025 if I turn it on when my lights come on and turn it off when the lights go off

As long as the turn on and turn off cycle is more than 15 minutes apart, you should be fine. The longer you make the cycle, the better (and best is keeping it on all the time) <- all in relation to reducing wear and tear on the pump
