6025 outer housing cracked and wont stay on.

I think it is part number 6025.130 and i think 6025.740 on my other is wearing down.

How old are your pumps? Does the shaft stay firmly in the pump? It should not be removable, it should be permanently in the pump.

shaft does not stay in pump. they are about a year old.

No, but if you can borrow some smaller pumps from a friend or put in some older powerheads you may have you should be fine for the short term, you do need some flow to keep things alive, turnaround is roughly 24hrs but shipping back and forth will probably be 10 business days.
