6025 pump cover failure

I have a 6025 and the pump cover does not stay on. It is cleaned and looks new, so there is no debris in the places it clips on.

What do I do ? Is there some trick to this. It has already hurt 2 gobies and a CB.

The cover should fit if aligned correctly some people on this forum have mentioned a slight mod to the housing if you are not happy with the fit or you can return the pump to Tunze USA for warranty repair or replacement.

The cover is aligned the right way and it stays on for about 5 minutes before popping off again. Where in the USA do I send it in for replacement/repair ? Do I send the whole pump or just the cover ?
