6025 Shaft Broken

Hi:

I have two 6025 nanostream in my 75 reef. About two weekk ago both 6025 becomes very noisy. When I take a look both pumps have the metal shaft broken. :eek2:

I know that Tunze request proof of purchase to repair their equipment but I can't find it. The question is; Can i send both nanostreams for repair and what is the cost ?

I only remember that both 6025 was purchased at SaltyCritter.com

OK, thanks for your fast response.

I'll buy another nanostream (new generation) to provide some circulation to my 75gal reef because those two pumps (broken ones) are responsible for nearly all the flow. When the new one arrive I'll send the others for repair.
