Hi Roger,
I have 2 6025 Nanostreams (purchased ~2007) that work sporadically. If I clean them and run in sink, they start up immediately. Once I put them in the tank, they either work or don't. I can reach in the tank and shake them and often this gets them started. Once running, they don't stop, but if I shut them off, they are often difficult to get started again.
I notice when opening them for cleaning that the shaft comes out easily and doesn't easily seat perfectly in the middle. One of the impellers has a white plastic bit on the bottom, but the other not.
So, can I buy replacement parts, or are these repairable at a moderate cost, or would I do better to retire them?
thanks,
