6025 stops spinning.

I have 2 6025 nano streams and 1 of them stopped spinning. I shook it and it started again but made lots of noise. Then I was adjusting the direction of the flow and it stopped again. I got it working again but I am concerned. Please advise. Thank you

Likely you will find the shaft is loose, it should be fixed in the bottom of the pump. If this is the case, we need to replace the pump.

I believe it is loose as the impeller jumped when it was trying to start up again. How should I proceed to have it replaced.
