6025 turbella question

Just received my 6025 and would like to know if I can run on a timer 30 miniutes on and 30 off. The tank is a 30 gal with a 10 gal sump. Live stock is 2 sea horses a yellow clown goby and madrine. I need more flow but don't want to blast the seahorses out of the tank. Please advise. Karen

30 on 30 will work no less than 15mins on 15off

Actually it just has to be on for at least 15min. You could turn it off for a minute.
