6025's on a controller

I have mine on an aquacontroller jr. and they work fine. I believe the recommended time interval is no less than 15min/cycle.

I have mine set to have one come on in the early am then another later in the morning. Then one goes off in the early evening and then the last one goes off for night time.

Is the 15 minutes for any particular reason, please?

I have a tad bit of post traumatic stress from the Ecotech Vortech code corruption and I don't want any part of code corruption again.

There is no code to corrupt on a 6025 or 6045, they are just a simple coil. It is based on the torture tests we did. The pump can handle X number of off and on cycles, if you run one cycle every 15 minutes it calculates out to a 5yr life. That however is in freshwater in a lab so figure it is shorter in the real world so that is why I say 3-5yrs. This only applies to the 6025 and 6045, the other pumps have different constructions and may have longer or shorter times based on the design. A 6060 or 6080 needs an hour, a 6000 or 6100 can be 1 second.
