6045 and wavemaker

Can the tunze 6045 be used and compatible with a Red Sea wavemaker or do they have to be with a tunze multicontroller? Thanks.

The 6045 is meant to run continuously, it is not controllable by either. At most it can be turned off and on at intervals of 15 minutes or greater. Only the DC pumps (6055 and 6095 for the Nano Streams) are controllable on the 7095. The Red Sea Wavemaker will damage the pump in a very short time.
