We have seen this problem before if you are based in the USA, please PM Roger from Tunze USA "rvitko" on this forum or otherwise your local distributor for a fix.

PM me and I can send a new motor, we had some pumps with faulty shafts, this has been solved by changing the supplier of the shafts.
