6055 & 7095 question/problem

I just got my (2) 6055 nanostreams & 7095 controller and I have a question. One of the pumps has a audible buzz or hum when it ramps up. Can these be run at the max and min speed allowed on controller? Do you have any suggestions how to get rid of this noise? I am running it on interval 2 because this motor would click on interval 1 everytime it would start.

It sounds like you may have the looser fitting older drive unit, we can send a new one. Other than being annoying it won't harm the pump. PM me your address. I don't have anymore 6055.70 right now but more will arrive late next week.
