6055 clicking

I have a 6055 that make a single "click" noise each time it is powered on. It is in pulse mode on a 7091.

If I removed the shroud and allow it to operate without it it does not make this noise. I have made sure that the shroud is properly seated correctly, but it still clicks.

Do you know if it has the SS disk and a white based drive unit (magnet base plate and shaft are white)? How old is the pump about?

I have the same issue with one of my 6055s. I would say it was about 8-12 months old. It does have a SS disk in the base and a white disk at the end of the drive unit. I never noticed it before but I got a couple of more 6055s last month and started using them in the tidal mode.
