6055 issue

Hi Roger, I have a 6055 that making some noise.I just installed a new drive unit,which helped but still makes some noise.I have used it for 2 yrs.,but bought it used so I don't know the history of it.The front cover is properly seated and the shaft has never been removed,in my care.Would I need a new motor block to fix this? On this same pump my LED light is burned out on the power supply which makes me wonder if that is going to go soon. Should I consider a new pump,or repair this one.Thanks for your time

It can be repaired for less than the cost of a new one so I would go with repair, the power supply is a finite life item, the motor will long outlive it, the power supplies average about 3 years and are only about $40. Send it in and I will look into the noise, even if we must replace the motor it is still cheaper than a new pump.

Roger-I recieved my pump back on Friday(11/11),Thanks for your quick service.When I started it up it was running fairly quiet but is increasingly getting louder at 100% power.I think I will just order a new motor block.Do you agree that this will solve the noise problem?
