I have this on the multicontroller, and one of the pumps gave out; it has worked intermittantly since I received it, there must be a loose connection somewhere.

I want tosend the multicontroller wire and box and power box back along with the pump for tunze to evaluate and fix.

I'll gladly pay any fee associated with the repair, I just need to k now how to do this.

Anyone?

Can we first try some troubleshooting? Does it work without the multicontroller connected?

There is no way for me to try it out without the multicontroller; the wire from the 6055 has a plug on it that connects to a box which is then hooked up to the multicontroller.

I have two, so I tried swapping out parts, and I still couldn't get it to run.

The other pump runs no matter which of the four channels on the multicontroller that I plug it into, so it is not the controller.

The pump can be run without the controller, you just disconect the MIDI cable that runs from the controller to the junction block. The transformer connects to the same junction block but the controller is not required at all, only the transformer.

so you are saying that if I remove the plug from the multicontroller but keep all the other plugs in, the pump should run?

Because it doesn't.

Yes, as long as the transformer is connected it should run without the multicontroller. If not send it in:
