6055 problem

I have 2 6055 running on a 7092 and 1 of them has stopped working. I cleaned them both and swapped power supplies, but no luck. The impeller spins freely. Any ideas? Thanks.

Have you tried the pump without the controller connected? I would try this and then try swapping controller connections.

Thanks Roger. I unplugged the pumps from the controller and plugged them back in and they both started up.

Roger, short lived. When I got back from work last night the same 6055 was not working again. I tried everything you suggested again with no luck. Any other ideas?

I'd try swapping impellers between the two pumps to see if it's a problem with the impeller.

If that doesn't do it, I would say it is time to send it in for repair.

Yes, please do, include a note with return address and phone number, include the pump and power supply, but I don't need the magnet holder.
