6055 set up recommendations

Just purchased two 6055s with a multi-controller. 85 gallon tank, 4 feet x 18 inches. 30 gallon sump/refugium.

Return from sump is about 400 gph, through sea swirl in the middle back of the tank.

Any thoughts for how to orient the 6055s? Mixed tank, mostly lps, some of which do better in lower flow areas.

How about thoughts for setting the 7095?

I have a 75g with a single 6055 on each Side. They are 7/8 of the way up and 7/8 of the way forward. They both angle back slightly. One is level and agitates the top, the other angles down slightly. I have my 7095 set on interval 1.

Thanks. I guess I'll play around with them. They're smaller than I expected. Pretty flexible. Hadn't ever seen them in person.
