6055's?

Does anyone from TUNZE know when these nanostreams are going to start arriving in the US? I've been hearing different rumors and I wanted to find a definitive answer. Thanks.

The last word I heard from the factory was they should not take any longer than late March to start shipping from the factory, it generally takes a week to get them here and another week to get them on to dealers.

Actually April would be a worst case scenario. Given recent events here I am a bit gun shy of stating a date but I spoke with Mr. Tunze today and he remains confident that end of March is possible, the problem is this depends on some things outside our control. We are ready on our end but the circuit board producer and transformer producers have said they can deliver on time but it is a big order for them and they were not as confident as we would like. Right now we are set for an initial release of about 1000 units at the end of March. There are the possibilities that a part that is critical may not show on time or that shipping will be delayed for some reason but that is where it stands now.

Is the 1000 units the US launch quantity or the worldwide launch quantity?

That is the estimated US launch quantity.

I don't know of anyone who is doing preorders.
