6060 motor died

My 6060 motor died today and I'm wondering what I should do? Do I get it repaired/order a replacement motor/ or can I fix it? I've had it for four years so that the warranty is no longer valid.

Thanks,

If the motor is truly dead, i.e. it draws no current on watt meter or does not hum or vibrate, you need a new 6060.015 motor block. If it draws power as shown on a watt meter or makes any effort to spin, hums or vibrates, it may only need a drive unit.

You need a basic watt meter like a Kill O Watt. You just plug the pump in and the meter is plugged into the wall and it tells you how many watts the appliance is using. I think in this case we can safely say the motor is dead. You would need part 6060.015 assuming all other parts are OK.
