6060 questions

I asked in another part of the forum(didn't know this part was here)

anyway i got a tank from my inlaws and i thought it was a 180 but i asked the dealer and he says its a 210

anyway being 180 or a 210 can i use the Tunze 6060 in the tank with just fish and live rock



the fish are porc puffer ,a couple of triggers and a few tangs

Yes you can....
I would recomend more that one. I have two, plus three other stream pumps.
You will find that the fish LOVE the high volume low velocity flow.

How many you use depends on how much rock, and $$$ you have. I would recommend at least two, mounted on the same side, high up, blowing across the long way.

The 6060 is an exellent tool for marine aquaria. Flow is very imortant, even in fish only tanks.

The 6060 only covers about 4ft, so 2 would be required.
