6060 stopped working

One of my tunze 6060's stopped working. I can feel the pump running but the impeller wont actually spin. Took the impeller out and cleaned everything up and still not working. If I feel inside the area where the impeller sits it feels like there's one or two bulges, which are what prevents the impeller from spinning freely. Any ideas? I'd say the pump is about 3-4 years old now. All my other Tunze equipment, including another 6060 is working flawlessly.
