6080 shaft and impeller

i just bought a used 6080 i was wondering is the two side of the impeller suppose to be clipped also is there a shaft to this system, because mine didnt comes with a shaft.

No shaft, and yes the US version is lathe turned and looks clipped, it needs to be smaller due to the higher rotation speed at 60hz.

my friend showed me his 6100 prop looks a bit only a bit bigger then mine, what's the diffrence if it's only a bit diffrent? would the motor burn out if i use the 6100 prop? has anyone done so before?

Yes, you would burn out the motor, the motor coil couldn't handle the extra load for more than a few months and then it would be destroyed.
