6085 confusion

I am thinking to buy a Tunze 6085 while one retailer says it is Tunze Stream 2 6085, and the other says it is Tunze Stream 6085. Are they the same thing?

Yes same thing, when the ball design is the Stream 2 but the 2 is just often dropped from the naming.
