6095 adapter- no light

It's about 18 months old.

I used a voltmeter to check to see if there is any DC voltage for any of the voltage positions and I get zero.

Are these repairable?

If you send in the power supply with the receipt and it is not water damaged it will be replaced under warranty if it is less than 2 years old. They are not repairable.
