6095 noise on power ramping

I have 2 6095 pumps. Both are controlled by profilux unit, so that whilst 1 is 30% power the other goes from 30-100% every 3 seconds. they change over every 6 hours.

The problem is that 1 is silent, the other makes a whining sound as it ramps up the power.

Any suggestion?

I would remove the drive unit (propeller assembly) and rinse out the pump and drive unit (focusing on the hole in the middle) if you see any lime deposits, soak in 50/50 vinegar and water to dissolve them. If that does not solve it, the drive unit likely has some small blemish and should be replaced. In that case I would contact Tunze UK or your dealer for warranty.
