can this be mounted on 3/4" acrylic?

Not out of the box, with the 6025.501 extension, they will hold on 3/4" though it is not a strong solid hold. On a tank of this size I would probably consider a larger model than a nano stream as stronger magnets are available, or I would mount it on a thinner pane like the overflow box. The stock included magnet is for up to 1/2"

its going on a 100g frag tank. all 3/4" acrylic. overkill i know!(acrylic that is)

Definitely the right size pump then, but on 3/4" the 6095 even with the extension can fall if the mounting angle is sharp or the pump mount is jiggled. If you have an overflow in tank, both halves are waterproof and that may be a better option.

no internal overflow on this setup......
Hmmmm may have to test and see or check around who has used these on 3/4" and with good luck or not.
