Apologies Roger as the instructions are quite detailed but I am having a little trouble getting mine set up...a bit confused about the role of the top and bottom rotary knobs, but the centre one seems clear at setting the pulse length between 2 and 10 secs.

Can I pulse from "stopped" between pulses..? Not quite obvious to me from the instruction book. Great pump...running only one in 400 litres and it will blow up a storm if allowed.

The pump pulses between the top and bottom speeds, if you want an off, the pulse speed (bottom knob) can be turned to off. If you turn pulse off as well, the pump will just stay at the main speed. If you set 100% at top and 2 seconds pulse and 30% bottom, the pump will run 100% for 2 sec and then 30% for 2 sec.

I generally try to assist but they don't always send me a proof to review. I do plan to raise some of these points this week, I am in Germany for Interzoo and company meetings.

We also want to do more videos, the main issue is manpower, our company is quite small and as it is, the staff that can make videos are the same ones who design the products and handle tech support so the time to do more is the problem. We do plan more but they likely won't come as quickly or be as many as would be ideal.

Is it harder on the pumps long term to do a wave function, or starting and stopping vs say 80 percent, then 30 percent just ramping up and down??
