60g Cube Tank/Stand/Canopy

I have a BRAND NEW 24X24X24 cube, it's been in storage
for a while, my plans have changed and it's now for sale.
Includes:

1) Tank : VISIO, glass- 60g 24x24x24h with a overflow in the center back, has 1.5" drain and 1" return for plenty of flow.

2) Stand: 24x24x30h pine stand with no finish yet, so you can choose to do any finish on it.

3) Canopy: 24x24x12". 12" high for MH's and full opening top along with front door.

** BRAND NEW So. Cal Creations acrylic sump, 23.5"x13X16
for an additional $130 and Bermuda Aquatics Protein Skimmer
for $200

Is your tank still for sale? Would you sell just the stand and canopy? Also where in the overflow box is the drain hole drilled, is it right on the bottom center? Is the return hole also drilled on the bottom? Also whats the length and width of the overflow? Can you also please send a picture of the sump and the Bermuda skimmer? Don't think I'm wasting your time if I like it, I will buy it. I don't live that far from you, I live in Torrance, CA. Thank You.

The woodworking is a little rough, but even still, a very good deal. I want it, but I can't afford a reef tank right now.

Sorry bro, I jumped the gun too soon. I just took measurments of the spot where I have room for another tank, however your tank will not fit.
