6100.015 stopped working after less than 2 months

I recently bought a Turbelle 6100.015 to replace an old failed one and connected it to my 7094 controller back in late September 2011. It worked for a while (a month plus) and now it stopped spinning. I checked all connections and they are OK. What should I do next. If it needs replacement where should it be sent to?

Please check that the propeller and magnet spin freely on the shaft as shown in this video at 25-30 seconds in. Fine debris may build up on the shaft as can high calcium levels or calcium precipitate and hang up the drive unit so it cannot spin.
